On April 27, 2025, George Lin, General Manager of Sino Die Casting Manufacturing, led a technical team to participate in the first "Reinventing Tomorrow: Aluminum-Magnesium Casting Revolution" innovation technology seminar hosted by Haitian Die Casting in Humen, Dongguan. Focusing on the frontiers of aluminum and magnesium alloy die casting technology and intelligent applications, the seminar brought together nearly 200 industry representatives to explore paths for industrial upgrading.

Cutting-Edge Technology Release: Leading Industry Development  

Haitian Die Casting unveiled a series of remarkable technological achievements at the event. The much-anticipated second-generation HDC series die casting machines were officially launched, featuring comprehensive performance upgrades that will deliver higher efficiency and superior quality for die casting production. Meanwhile, the super-large die casting islands, with over 20 sets already successfully delivered, became a spotlight due to their advanced design and stable performance validated in practical production. The market-leading HMG magnesium alloy injection molding machines also demonstrated their excellent performance in multi-factory mass production, providing strong support for the widespread application of magnesium alloys.  

 

Experts shared in-depth insights on core topics such as intelligent die casting island automation, mold thermal balance control, and magnesium alloy molding processes. By integrating real-world cases, they analyzed industry challenges and opportunities, proposing forward-looking solutions. Over a dozen exquisite magnesium alloy molded products were also displayed on-site, vividly showcasing the infinite potential of magnesium alloys in practical applications and further energizing the atmosphere for technical exchanges and cooperation discussions.
