April 30, 2025 — Sino Die Casting Manufacturing announced the successful installation of two new LK third-generation high-performance IMPRESS-III series cold chamber die casting machines—280-ton and 400-ton clamping force models—officially phasing out the original outdated models and injecting new impetus for technological upgrading into the production of high-precision die-casting parts.

The newly introduced machines incorporate cutting-edge technologies, delivering notable performance advantages:

Industry-leading boost response speed and a maximum empty shot speed of ≥8m/s enable rapid high-pressure forming, enhancing the dimensional accuracy of complex-structured parts and reducing casting defect rates significantly.

Precision control systems, including electronic rulers, ensure accurate clamping and mold-opening stroke positioning with high repeatability.

Energy efficiency is optimized via fully integrated servo motor drives, reducing energy consumption by over 50% compared to traditional equipment, reinforcing the company’s green manufacturing framework.

This upgrade aligns with surging demands for high-precision die-cast components in sectors like new energy vehicles and high-end equipment. The new machines will not only meet the stringent production requirements for aerospace and new energy vehicle core parts but also drive a 30% increase in annual die-cast part production and a 25% shorter production cycle, ensuring faster, more reliable customer deliveries.

LK’s technical team is currently finalizing installation and debugging, with full-process validation and mass production expected within two weeks. This machinery update follows Sino’s smart manufacturing transformation and underscores the company’s strategic commitment to leveraging advanced equipment for industrial upgrading and solidifying its edge in high-end manufacturing.
