From the moment we bring in a mould and deliver it to the customer, we start our after-sale service, and we continue it until in-service life of the mould has ended. We are aware of the fact and we acknowledge that we sell high quality moulds, they are the best in the industry. However, we know that all moulds, after time, will require some sort of adjustment, repair, and/or upgrades. This is why we have an after-sales team, and we have ensured that they have the time, knowledge, and/or experience, to accomplish to manage any and all situations they will encounter. We have a variety of warranty programs, and Protective warranty programs that guarantee that loss, and malfunctions will get looked at, in a timely fashion. This means that the loss that you will incur will be a small loss. It is a gain in the fact that the investment that you will put into it will be less. We customize maintenance programs to fit your needs best whether that means service intervals maintenance. Regular inspection, and/or service cleaning of the equipment, and or replacement of system parts, or any combination of the previously mentioned. We have designed maintenance programs specifically for your employees. Employees will be able to operate and maintain the moulds to the limit of their capabilities. After-sales support of Sino Die Casting does not remedy the lack of faults. However, it reduces the level of faults to the minimum level. Our staff are knowledgeable on the industry, and we pass down that knowledge to you, so that the proper efficiencies are achieved.
